Inspired by the classic Whisky Highball, Smoke & Mirrors reimagines the serve through smoke, citrus, and apple-driven freshness while keeping Johnnie Walker Black Label at the centre. Built with a house-made kalamansi smoked apple soda, the cocktail is light and layered with subtle warmth and spice.

  • Johnnie Walker Black Label
    60ml
  • Aromatic Bitters
    2 Dashes
  • Kalamansi Smoked Apple Soda
    to top up

Method

  1. Step 1

    Pour Johnnie Walker Black Label into a highball glass over ice.

  2. Step 2

    Add 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.

  3. Step 3

    Top up with kalamansi smoked apple soda.

  4. Step 4

    Stir gently to combine.

  5. Step 5

    Garnish with flambé apple pie.
