    50ml
  • Fresh lemon juice
    30ml
  • Egg White
    10ml
  • Sugar syrup
    10ml

Equipment

  • 1 Rocks Glass
  • 1 Ice Scoop
  • 1 Jigger
  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Hawthrone Strainer
  • 1 Tongs

Method

Step 1

Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

Step 2

Strain into a Rocks Glass filled with ice.
