    Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky
    50ml
  • Lemon juice
    25ml
  • Honey
    15ml
  • Boiling water
    60ml
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
    1ml
  • Clove pieces
    3ml
  • Cinnamon stick and star anise to garnish
    1ml

Equipment

  • Heatproof glass
  • Jigger
  • Spoon
  • Kettle

Method

1. Mix

Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients and add to a heat-proof glass.

2. Stir

Stir to combine.

3. Garnish

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
