No tiki cocktail party is complete without a Mai Tai. And if you’re hosting one during the colder seasons, Lauren Mote’s winterised Mai Tai will go down a storm with your guests. 

Winter Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • 45mlRum

  • 15mlAll spice dram

  • 20mlLime juice

  • 20mlOrange juice

  • 20mlAlmond syrup

  • 1pinch ofFresh mint

  • 1dash ofGrated almond

2.5 units of alcohol per serve

Equipment

  • Cocktail glass

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Ice

Method

  • Mix

    Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain over fresh ice into a festive glass.

    With fresh mint and grated almond.
