Try Ervin Trykowski's take on the Pina Colada, swapping rum for Talisker whisky for a smoky, spicy edge.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass  
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Chopping Board

Method

Mix

Using a jigger, add all liquid ingredients to an ice-filled mixer. Shake until the surface of the mixer is cold to touch.

Garnish

Garnish with pineapple – or a small boat sail! 

Pour

Add four cubes of ice to your glass, then strain the mixture over the ice.
