The mix of soda and vodka is one of the most popular worldwide. Pour in a long glass with a slice of lime for a delicious, simple serve.

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Chopping board

Method

Pour

Use a jigger to measure 50ml vodka and pour into a tall glass over cubed ice. Top up with 125ml soda water.

Garnish

Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lime wedge for a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
