Spiced Ice Tea

This is not a version of the classic Long Island Iced Tea – but a delicious, easy-to-mix combination of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold and iced tea that’s just as good.

What you’ll need

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Ice

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

Pour

With a jigger measure 50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, 125ml iced tea, 2 slices of lemon, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg into the glass.

Mix

Stir the mixture using a bar spoon until well combined. Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a tall glass.
