- Lemonade140ml
- Pomegranate Juice35ml
- Pomegranate Seeds6
0.9 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Wine glass
- 1 x Ice
Method
Ice
Fill a red Burgundy wine glass with ice cubes.
Pour
Add pomegranate seeds and the pomegranate juice. Scatter over 6 pomegranate seeds and add 35ml pomegranate juice. Add 25ml vodka. Add 140ml lemonade, or enough to fill the glass. PRO: Add a sprig of rosemary inside: the savoury notes will shine within the deep red hue of the drink.

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
