A twist on the classic G&T, Sloe Gin adds a lip-smacking twist from fresh-picked sloe berries to the subtle zestiness of the tonic that’s autumnal in feel.

Sloe Gin
Gordon's Sloe Gin , 70Cl
50ml
Tonic Water
125ml
Lime wedge
1

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

1 x Tall glass
1 x Ice
1 x Jigger
1 x Knife
1 x Chopping Board

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Sloe Gin and pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with 125ml tonic.

Garnish

Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lime wedge for a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
