Peach Schnapps and Pineapple Juice

- Peach Schnapps50ml
- Pineapple Juice125ml
- Pineapple Wedge1
0.8 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Tall glass
- 1 x Ice
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Chopping Board
Method
Ice
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Peach Schnapps Liqueur and 125ml pineapple juice into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge secured on the rim of the glass.
