- Bulleit Bourbon50ml
- Demara syrup15ml
- Mint leaves10
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Rocks Glass
- Jigger
- Spoon
- Crushed ice
Method
Step 1
Muddle mint leaves and a splash of water in a rocks glass or julep cup.
Step 2
Add all ingredients and fill glass with crushed ice and stir.
Step 3
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Step 4
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
