Why not put a twist on an Old Fashioned with the John 'n' Pickle! With hints of chutney, this cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to an after-dinner cheeseboard.

2tspCaramelised Onion Chutney
10mlDemerara Sugar Syrup
2dashesBlack Walnut Bitters
1mlDistilled Vinegar
2 units of alcohol per serve
Equipment
1 x Glassware - whisky glass, low glass
1 x Jigger
Method
Pour
In a glass, add the chutney, 50 ml Johnnie Walker Black and the Demerara Sugar Syrup.
Ice
Then add two ice cubes.
Mix
Stir until ice is half melted. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add more ice and stir until mixed.
