Green Gin Giant Cocktail Recipe

A punchy combination of herbal infusions, grapefruit sofa, lime juice and gin, the 'green gin giant' is basically summer in a glass.
What you’ll need

- Tanqueray London Dry Gin50ml
- Fresh lime juice15ml
- Elderflower Liqueur15ml
- Grapefruit soda50ml
- 5-6 fresh basil leaves
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- 3 cucumber slices
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- Ice
2.2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Copa glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
- Bar spoon
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients other than the grapefruit sofa and add them, along with the muddled herbs, to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until the surface of the shaker is cold to touch.
Step 2
Strain into a Copa glass and add grapefruit soda.
Step 3
Garnish with cucumber and any other garnish of your choice.
