Gin and Apple Juice Cocktail Recipe

Adding apple juice is a great complement to the classic botanical flavours of London Dry Gin, making an elegant, tart mixed drink that goes down a treat.

- London Dry Gin50ml
- Apple Juice125ml
- Lime wedge1
1.9 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Tall glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Ice
- 1 x Chopping Board
- 1 x Knife
Method
Ice
Pour London Dry Gin and apple juice into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
Pour
Top up with 125ml apple juice.
Garnish
Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lime wedge for garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
