A great party drink, with a pour of ginger ale picking out the delicious, spicy wood notes of a quality base spirit in the form of Bourbon for a classy serve.
What you’ll need
Ingredients
Serves:

- 50ml
- Ginger Ale125ml
- Lime wedge1
- Nutmeg sprinkle sprig twist dash1
0.9 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Ice
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger measure 50ml Bourbon into the glass. Top up with 125ml ginger ale.
Garnish
With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a lime wedge to place on top of the drink to garnish.
Step 4
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
