Don Julio Reposado Paloma

Refreshing and simple to serve, this version of the classic uses Reposado tequila for a complex, rich flavour.
What you’ll need

- Don Julio Reposado Tequila50ml
- Grapefruit juice30ml
- Grapefruit soda50ml
- Lime juice10ml
- Agave syrup10ml
- Ice
- Tajin or salt for rim
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Highball glass
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Spoon
Method
Step 1
Rim half of a highball glass with Tajin or salt, then fill with ice.
Step 2
Then, using a jigger, measure the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup and add to an ice filled shaker. Shake well.
Step 3
Strain over the ice and top with grapefruit soda. Enjoy!
