Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, 70cl
25ml
Brandy
25ml
Crème De Cacao
25ml
Grated nutmeg to garnish
Ice

2.1 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

Martini glass
Jigger
Cocktail shaker
Strainer

Method

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Step 2

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients, and add to the shaker. Mix vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

Step 3

Using a cocktail shaker, strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Garnish

Take a whole nutmeg, and using a grater, grate the side of it onto your drink.
