Baileys Iced Frappe
Enjoy a delicious cold coffee, known as 'frappe', that's made with Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur. This rich, mocha beverage is blended until smooth and best enjoyed on warmer days with a few friends. Grate chunks of dark chocolate directly over your Baileys Iced Frappes for a photo-finish.
1.6 units of alcohol per serve
1 x Latte Glass
1 x Jigger
1 x Blender
1 x Ice
Using a jigger, measure 80ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and 80ml milk, a cup of ice and 1tbsp brewed coffee into a blender.
Blend until the liquid is smooth enough to drink. Pour into a tall glass, and serve with a straw.
Using a grater, grate pieces of chocolate on top of the drink to garnish.
