Ingredients
35mlLondon Dry Gin
25mlLemon Juice
10mlSugar Syrup
10mlCréme De Mure

1.7 units of alcohol per serve
Equipment
1 x Tall glass
1 x Chopping board
1 x Jigger
1 x Crushed ice
1 x Blender
1 x Strainer
1 x Knife

Method
Ice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 35ml London Dry Gin, 25ml lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup into the shaker.
Mix
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Use a cocktail strainer to strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
Pour 10ml crème de mure over the mixture.
Garnish
With a sharp knife cut a strip of peel off the lemon on a chopping board and twist into the glass to garnish.
