Bloody Mary

Swapping vodka for a high-quality tequila, the Bloody Maria cocktail is the perfect weekend cocktail. It's best built slowly, and with love.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

  • 40ml
  • Lemon juice
    15ml
  • Tomato juice
    120ml
  • Ice
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Three dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • Four dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • One lemon wedge, one celery stick, one cherry tomato
1.5 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Highball glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Spoon

Method

Mix

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Roll

Mix the ingredients between the two cocktail shakers, rolling them gently.

Strain

Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

Garnish

Garnish with a lemon wedge, celery stick and cherry tomato.
