Theodoros Pirillos's Golden Flip Cocktail Recipe
The Golden Flip melds together Greek wildflower honey and tahini-infused Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve with apricot brandy and a spritz of orange zest for a richly impressive serve.

Ingredients
- Johnnie Walker® Gold Label Reserve50ml
- Lillet Blanc15ml
- Homemade Honey Syrup15ml
- Bergamot Bitters dash2
- Apricot Brandy dash2
- Egg1
- Orange twist1
Equipment
- 1 x Goblet glass
- 1 x Strainer
- 1 x Whisk
- 1 x Cocktail Shaker
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Coffee Filter
- 1 x Sieve
Method
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 50ml tahini-infused Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve, 15ml Lillet Blanc, 15ml homemade honey syrup, 2 dashes Bergamot bitters, 2 dashes apricot brandy and 1 whole egg into a cocktail shaker. Place a small whisk in the shaker and dry shake all ingredients until well combined.
Ice
Remove the whisk and fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Mix
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Using a cocktail strainer and a sieve, double strain into a goblet glass.
Garnish
With a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a piece of orange peel and twist it over the rim of the glass to garnish.
