Sloe Gin and Lemonade Cocktail Recipe

Sloe Gin

A twist on the popular modern classic of London Dry Gin and lemonade, the delicious fruit flavour of sloe berries is lengthened by the bubbly mixer.

What you’ll need

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Chopping Board

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Sloe Gin and pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with 125ml lemonade.  

Garnish

Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lemon wedge as a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
