Pimm's Punch Cocktail Recipe

Pimm's punch in a jug

Punch has been around since the 17th century - it's a classic for a reason! Give it a modern spruce with flavours of apple, zesty citrus and tart passion fruit, topped off with the delicious herb-tinged fruits of Pimm’s No.1.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • 50ml
  • Orange Juice
    35ml
  • Apple Juice
    35ml
  • Passion Fruit Syrup
    15ml
  • Lemon Juice
    15ml
  • Raspberries
    3
1.2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Jigger
  • Muddler
  • Punch Bowl

Method

Prep and Pour

Place the raspberries in a mason jar or a mug. Add 50ml of Pimm’s No.1 to the mug. Using a jigger, measure 30 orange juice, 30ml apple juice, 15ml lemon juice and 20ml passion fruit syrup into the mug. Adjust citrus juice and liqueurs so that the sweet–sour balance is to your liking.

Chill

Place the mug in the fridge for 2–3 hours to chill before serving.

Serve

Remove the mug from the fridge gently stir and serve.

Batch
