Pimm's No. 1 and Ginger Ale

If it’s summer, it’s Pimm’s o'clock – whether you’re celebrating, watching sport or just spending time with friends. So give your favourite outdoor tipple a touch of ginger ale. It’s a spicy twist on the classic drink, the coolest serve with a difference. 

What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Pimm's No. 1®
    50ml
  • Ginger Ale
    150ml
  • Cucumber Slice
    1
  • Orange Slice
    1
  • Lemon slice
    1
  • Mint
    1
1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Wine glass
  • 1 x Bar spoon
  • 1 x Chopping board
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Knife

Method

Ice

Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Pimm’s No.1 and 150ml ginger ale into the glass.

Garnish

With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut one slice of cucumber, one slice of orange and one slice of lemon. Add to the glass. Place a sprig of mint on top to garnish.
