There’s a whole spectrum of luscious, tropical and summer fruits in this cocktail that, when combined with London Dry Gin and elegantly stirred, make a fabulous drink.

2.4 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Ice

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger, pour 25ml London Dry Gin, 50ml passion fruit juice, 50ml pineapple juice, 17.5ml apricot brandy and 17.5ml orange liqueur into the glass.

Mix

Using a bar spoon stir the mixture until well combined. Strain into a highball glass using a cocktail strainer.

Garnish

Use a chopping board and sharp knife to cut a lime wedge and place in the drink to garnish.
