The name gives it a bad rep, but make no mistake, this playful cocktail is your worth your attention. This classic Porn Star Martini recipe combines the silky richness of vanilla and vodka with zesty lemon, passionfruit and tarte pineapple,

What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Ketel One Vodka
    Ketel One Vodka, 70cl
    30ml
  • Passionfruit liqueur
    15ml
  • Lemon juice
    15ml
  • Pineapple juice
    50ml
  • Vanilla syrup
    10
1.5 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Coupette glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Bar spoon

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and pour into your cocktail shaker.  Add ice and shake well. 

Shake

Shake and double strain into a coupette glass.

Garnish

None needed! But feel to use half of a passionfruit for a little flair.
