Gordon's Pink Paloma cocktail

The classic no-fuss summer cocktail gets a gin makeover. Fruity and sweet with sour notes, the Gordon's Pink Paloma uses a gin twist and is bursting with fragrant flavour.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

  • Premium Pink Distilled Gin
    50ml
  • Pink Grapefruit Soda
    150ml
  • Pink Grapefruit Wedge
    1
  • Maldon Salt (for glass rim)
2.2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball Glass
  • Plate (for salt)
  • Stirrer
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife

Method

Prepare the glass

Use a wedge of passionfruit to run across the rim of a highball glass.

Add the salt

Roll the edge of the glass in a plate of salt.  (You don't have to do this, but it really brings out the flavour)

Pour

Add both your 50ml Pink Premium Distilled Gin and Pink Grapefruit Soda to the glass filled with ice.

Stir

Give your cocktail a stir.

Garnish

Add your finishing flourish with a wedge of pink grapefruit - and you're ready to serve.
