The Festive Old Fashioned is a holiday twist on a timeless classic. With rich seasonal aromas and a warming blend of spice and citrus, it’s the perfect cocktail for winter nights - elegant, bold, and brimming with festive cheer.

- Haig Club Clubman50ml
- Gingerbread Syrup5ml
- Orange bitterDash2ml
- Orange peel1ml
2 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Step 1
Stir the Haig Club, the gingerbread syrup and the bitters together with large ice cubes in a mixing glass for a full minute, until the drink is well chilled and has diluted down
Step 2
Add a couple of large ice cubes to a rocks glass and strain the mix into this.
Step 3
Twist the orange peel above the glass to spray the oils across the top of the drink and drop in the peel to garnish
