Make global whisky expert Ervin Trykowski's Old Fashioned in a new way by crafting it in batches. This is the perfect sipper for a pre-dinner soiree.

  • 1 x Short glass
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x  Jigger
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Stirrer
  • 1 x Knife

Method

Pour

Using the funnel add the whisky, simple syrup, bitters and water to a clean 1L glass bottle.  

Mix

Seal the bottle and give it a gentle swirl to mix all the ingredients. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.

Garnish

When you're ready to serve, pour into tumbler(s), express an orange peel over each drink and then use the peel to garnish.
