Dill or No Dill Cocktail Recipe

A highly innovative cocktail with a perfect sweet and sour balance, the Dill or No Dill is the ultimate garden party cocktail.
What you’ll need

- London Dry Gin50ml
- Lemon Juice25ml
- Elderflower Liqueur15ml
- Sugar syrup10ml
- Sprig of Dill2
- Salt1ml
2.4 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Ice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients and add them to a shaker. Add a sprig of dill and a pinch of salt.
Mix
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a martini or highball glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of dill and a slice of cucumber. And enjoy!
