Gin and Bitter Lemon Cocktail Recipe

Who says a great cocktail needs to be difficult to prepare? In this crisp, afternoon cocktail recipe, a perfect pour of London Dry Gin is elevated with the addition of citrus and bitters. Serve over ice and enjoy with friends.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml London Dry Gin and 125ml bitter lemon. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.  

Garnish

Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lemon wedge for a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
