Tanqueray Tiny Ten Cocktail Recipe

The Tiny TEN pays homage to the experimental still used to create the unique citrus heart of No. TEN. This vibrant and fresh serve marries the flavour profiles of a gimlet and a French 75.
What you’ll need
Ingredients
Serves:

- Tanqueray No. TEN30ml
- Grapefruit Cordial20ml
- Sparkling wine50ml
- Ice
2 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Pour
Pour No.Ten and cordial into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for around 20 seconds.
Finish
Strain into a coupette and top with 50ml of chilled sparkling wine.
Garnish
Express grapefruit peel over the drink and sit on the rim to garnish.
Grab a bite
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
