Baileys Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe

An Espresso Martini served in elegant stemware and garnished with espresso beans

Our Baileys Espresso Martini cocktail recipe uses a blend of vodka espresso, fresh-brewed espresso coffee, and honey to modernise the beloved classic. It has a clean & clear delivery of vodka, rich creamy flavours, and a touch of delicious bitterness. 

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Martini glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 x Strainer

Method

Ice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 25ml Espresso Flavoured Vodka, 25ml Baileys with a hint of Coffee Flavour, 25ml espresso coffee and 10ml honey into the shaker. Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a large martini glass.

Garnish

Add 3 coffee beans to the top of the drink to garnish.
