Apple Highball Cocktail Recipe

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

  • Rum
    45ml
  • freshly pressed apple juice
    60ml
  • tonic water
    90ml
  • lemon and/or apple
    1ml
1.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Collins glass
  • Jigger
  • Ice
  • Peeler or knife

Method

Mix

Mix all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice. You can substitute tonic water with ginger ale or ginger beer for added flavour.

Garnish

Peel a twist of lemon, or cut up apple slices to garnish.
