Apple Collins Cocktail Recipe

Deliciously tangy, with a base of vodka and apple juice, accented by the brightness of lemon, the Apple Collins is sweet, invigorating and just takes a few minutes to whip up.

What you’ll need

  • Ketel One Vodka
    Ketel One Vodka, 70cl
    50ml
  • Apple juice
    40ml
  • Fresh lemon juice
    20ml
  • Soda water
    80ml
  • Ice
  • Apple slice to garnish
    1
2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Spoon

Method

Mix

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add to an ice-filled Rocks or Collins glass.

Stir

Stir slowly to combine.

Garnish

Garnish with an apple slice and any other choice of garnish.
