  • Whipped Cream tbsp

  • Hundreds-and-Thousands tbsp

0.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Shot glass  
  • 1 x Mixing Bowl
  • 1 x Whisk
  • 1 x Bar spoon
  • 1 x Jigger

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream into a shot glass.

Mix

Using a fork or beater, whip double cream until it forms peaks. Add 1 tbsp whipped cream to the glass.

Garnish

Scatter with hundreds and thousands.
