- Johnnie Walker® Platinum Blended Scotch Whisky0.25oz
- Johnnie Walker® Blue Label® Blended Scotch Whisky1.5oz
- Pear Oak Bitters dash0oz
- Lillet Blanc0.75oz
- Rosemary sprig twist dash1
- Spruce sprig twist dash1
- Hickory Chips0oz
2.5 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Short glass
- 1 x Strainer
- 1 x Bar spoon
- 1 x Shaker
- 1 x Ice
Method
1. Pour
Using a jigger, measure 1 dash pear oak bitters, 20ml Lillet Blanc, 10ml Johnnie Walker Platinum Label Whisky, and 45ml Johnnie Walker Blue Label Whisky into a cocktail shaker.
2. Mix
Add cubes of ice to the shaker and stir thoroughly using a bar spoon until well combined. Strain with a cocktail strainer into a tumbler.
3. Garnish
Fill a small bowl with a sprig of spruce, a sprig of rosemary and a handful of hickory chips, and set alight with a match or blowtorch. Present alongside the tumbler containing the drink.
