- Apricot or peach juice0.5oz
- Lime juice0.75oz
- Pineapple juice0.75oz
- Simple syrup0.5oz
- Lime wheel1
1.8 units of alcohol per serving
Method
1. Ice
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients.
2. Mix
Shake for 5-7 seconds and fine strain (using a tea strainer to catch the ice bits) into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish
Garnish with a lime wheel.
