What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Exta Dry Gin
    0.75oz
  • Soda Water

1 unit of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Copa glass
  • Slice of fresh ginger
  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife

Method

1. Pour

Using a jigger, measure 25ml of gin (we recommend Chase Gin) and combine with the soda over plenty of cubed ice. 

2. Garnish

Use a chopping board and a sharp knife to cut an slice of ginger. Add it to the glass to garnish.

Grab a bite
