  • London Dry Gin
    Gordon's London Dry Gin, 70cl
    1.5oz
  • Wedge lemon
    1
  • Pineapple Juice
    4oz

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Ice
  • Jigger
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml London Dry Gin and pour into a tall glass over ice cubes. Top up with 125ml pineapple juice.

Garnish

Use a chopping board and a sharp knife to cut a lemon wedge. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
