1.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Short Glass
  • 1 x Stirrer
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1  x Chopping Board

Method

Ice

Add ice and a dash of bitters to a rocks glass.

Pour

Add Cardhu whisky. Add sugar syrup. Stir until chilled and strain over a julep strainer.  

Garnish

Garnish with dehydrated pear.
