Baileys Irish Cream & Coffee served with decadent French toast

What you’ll need

0.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Short Glass
  • 1 x Grater
  • 1 x Jigger

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream and 110ml freshly made coffee into a short glass.  

Step 2

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
