  • Collins glass
  • Jigger
  • Ice
  • Peeler or knife

Method

Mix

Mix all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice. You can substitute tonic water with ginger ale or ginger beer for added flavour.

Garnish

Peel a twist of lemon, or cut up apple slices to garnish.
