Ron Zacapa Centenario XO Solera Gran Reserva Especial Rum

Aged in a location 2,300 metres above sea level, where the cooler air allows the flavors to develop better.

Ron Zacapa Centenario XO Solera Gran Reserva Especial is crafted in Guatemala, using ‘virgin honey’ from the first pressing of sugar cane. Created in an aging facility 2,300 metres above sea level called ‘The House Above the Clouds’, this high-altitude location provides cooler air that slows the aging process, allowing flavors to develop more intricately. The rum undergoes the Sistema Solera process, a method inspired by Spanish sherry aging, where it’s matured in casks previously used for American whiskey, sherry, Pedro Ximenez wines and cognac, resulting in a deeply complex and luxurious flavor profile.

Several cocktails with fruit garnishes, bottles of liquor, plates with utensils, and napkins are arranged on a red and white checkered tablecloth.
