Crown Royal

In 1939, when King George VI and Queen Elizabeth became the first reigning monarchs to visit Canada, a spirited entrepreneur wanted to craft a whisky befitting of the royal couple. He meticulously trialed more than 600 blends before he reached the final product. The whisky he presented was an exquisitely smooth blend of roughly fifty whiskies which became known, fittingly, as Crown Royal. Today, a refined selection, fewer than 600, grace the collection.
