The Singleton Rhubarb Sour Cocktail Recipe

- The Singleton 18yo40ml
- Giffard Rhubard Liqueur15ml
- Lemon juice15ml
- Monin Sugar Syrup15ml
- 1/3 dropper Ms Better’s Miraculous Foamer
Equipment
- Coupette glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
- Hawthone Strainer
Method
Pour
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and pour into your cocktail shaker. Seal the shaker well, and dry shake ingredients without ice, to create foam and texture to the cocktail.
Shake
Open shaker, add lots of ice and shake well! Place your hawthorne strainer on top of the shaker, and fine strain the liquid into your coupette.
Garnish
Garnish with a cherry or raspberry.
Top tip
Keep your coupette in the freezer for a cold and delicious drink!
