Built with Johnnie Walker Black Label and a Bebinca-inspired syrup, the cocktail captures the layered flavours of jaggery, coconut, and nutmeg while reflecting the warmth and richness of the iconic Goan dessert.

  • Johnnie Walker Black Label
    50ml
  • Bebinca Syrup
    15ml
  • Aromatic Bitters
    3 Dashes

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add Johnnie Walker Black Label, Bebinca syrup, and aromatic bitters into a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Step 2

    Stir until well chilled and balanced.

  3. Step 3

    Strain into a chilled serving glass.

  4. Step 4

    Serve spirit-forward with a smooth layered finish.
