The Curried Cartographer
WhiskyAuthor: Dishant Kanojia

Inspired by the classic Whisky Highball, The Curried Cartographer reimagines the serve through the savoury flavours of South India. Built with Johnnie Walker Black Label and a tomato curry leaf soda, the cocktail balances smoke, spice, and umami in a light and modern highball.
