  • Don Julio Blanco
    45ml
  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice
    30ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice
    20ml
  • Sugar Syrup
    20ml
  • Soda Water
    25ml
  • Lime wedge
    1ml

Equipment

  • 1 x Highball glass
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Bar spoon

Method

Mix

Fill glass with ice. Using a jigger, measure tequila, juices and sugar syrup. Add to glass and stir well.

Pour

Top with soda water and stir lightly.

Garnish

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and serve.
