- Reposado Tequila50ml
- Lime juice10ml
- Agave syrup10ml
- Three watermelon cubes3
- One watermelon wedge1
- One jalapeño slice1
- Ice

- Rocks glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Muddler
- Strainer
- Chopping board
- Knife
Method
Step 1
Muddle the jalapeno slice and watermelon cubes in the shaker to extract the juices.
Step 2
Measuring with the jigger, add the tequila, lime juice and agave syrup into the shaker with ice.
Step 3
Shake the mixture until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. Use the cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into the short glass with fresh ice.
Step 4
Using the knife, cut a small wedge of watermelon and place on the rim to garnish.
